Type of Services: ETTL was contracted to provide Construction Materials Testing and Environmental Testing. ETTL was on-site to monitor and test sub soils, select fill, and flex base materials as they were added to the building pad. Additionally, ETTL tested the concrete footings, Ductile-Crete slab, concrete tilt walls, as well as coordinating docks and outside concrete paving. ETTL also provided services such as floor flatness / floor levelness and concrete cores.

Size: 350,000 sq. ft.
